Camp Cozy Sleepovers is here to help you throw an amazing sleepover party in your home.  We deliver, set up, and pick up your party package so your guests just need to show up and have the best sleepover experience.

​

Our packages provide all the items needed to host an indoor sleepover so that each guest has their own personal sleeping area.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CAMP COZY SLEEPOVERS

Party Service Areas:  

  • 15 miles from Great Northern Mall, North Olmsted, OH

  • If party location is outside the 15 mile radius, a $20.00 charge will be added to your party total

 

How to pay: 
  • We accept all major credit cards thru PayPal
  • Venmo 
  • Cash

 

Refundable Damage Deposit: 
  • $100.00 per party – Due when rental agreement is signed. This is separate from the Party Price and will be refunded within 24 hours of party pickup.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT THEMES CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

Currently, we have five themes to choose from:

  • GIRLY PINK/GREY- gray blankets, white/gold/pink accent pillows, matching decorations

  • CAMPING - black blankets, white/black/brown accent pillows, matching decorations

  • BE HAPPY - black blankets, colorful/black and white accent pillows, matching decorations

  • SPORTS - black blankets, green/sport theme accent pillows, matching decorations

  • GAMING - black blankets, gaming theme accent pillows, matching decorations, color accent options available

  • GOLDEN - black or cream colored blankets, gold sequin pillows, golden accent pillows, gold star lights

  • TAYLOR SWIFT ERAS - each tent is a different T.S. Era with coordinating blankets, theme pillows, and “album” sign

  • MOVIE NIGHT - black blankets, red/gold/popcorn/movie accent pillows, matching decorations

  • NEON/GLOW - black blankets, neon/glow in the dark accent pillows, glow in the dark neon decorations, black lights

  • HOLIDAY - a combo of the above items with holiday themed pillows and decorations (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.)

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

We will do our best to accommodate the space provided by configuring tents to best suit the party space.

Generally, each tent setup requires a 4’x5’ space.  Please plan space accordingly for the number of tents you are requesting.

We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival.  Also, please note that if you are having the tents face toward each other, there needs to be enough room for your guests to walk in the middle to access their tents.

 

CAN I ADD EXTRA TENTS?

Yes, if you would like to add a tent or tents to any party, there is a $40.oo per additional tent setup fee.

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Currently we service parties within a 15 mile radius of Great Northern Mall (North Olmstead, OH).  If your party location is outside of this area, a $20.00 fee will be added to your party total.

 

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!  Please contact us as soon as you know your party date so that we can book the date for you.  Since we are mainly a weekend business, dates book up fast.  Email us at campcozysleepovers@gmail.com

 

CAN I CANCEL MY PARTY AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

A full refund will be returned up to 30 days prior to your party date.  Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to your party date will be 50% refunded.  Cancellation made 14 days or fewer before your party date will not receive a refund.

If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an open date.

 

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

We take pride in our party rental supplies and take the cleanliness of our tents and accessories very seriously.  

All blankets, mattress sheets, and pillow covers are washed in fragrance free detergent after each party.

All tents, rugs, and mattresses are steam sanitized and spot cleaned after each party.

***Please note that each party guest must bring their own sleeping pillow for hygienic purposes.
